MARVES offers free shipping on all US items, however MARVES cannot cover shipping on returns. because each piece is handmade and many are one of a kind, MARVES does not accept returns or exchanges of worn items out of their original packaging.

MARVES cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. 

Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges 

i recommend washing by hand. place in tepid water with soap, let soak, and air dry flat on a towel. 

custom options will be noted in the description of the product with instructions on how to purchase. use the contact section above if you have specific questions. timing is based on the specific product. please allow up to 2-4 weeks (or more) for custom orders. note, all custom orders are non-refundable.

made to order products are taken on an on rolling basis. Allow up 2-4 weeks for dispatch (depending on the product category). contact me with specific questions on timing. for more information check out the FAQs page.

free shipping on all US orders. unfortunately, MARVES cannot control shipping once an item is sent out. items are usually shipped via USPS, which will be noted at check out.
