please note that all sales are final. if you are not satisfied with an order MARVES is happy to work with you to come to a solution.  Any returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be mailed back within 10 days of receiving the item. 

MARVES offers free shipping on all US items over $65, however MARVES cannot cover shipping on returns and cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. because each piece is handmade and many are one of a kind, MARVES does not accept returns or exchanges of worn items out of their original packaging.

Digital items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any cancelations on a Made To Order item will not be granted after 24 hours of purchase. A 5% or $4 (whichever is higher of the total cost) restocking fee will be charged to cover credit card and hosting costs. 

i recommend washing by hand. place in tepid water with soap, let soak, and air dry flat on a towel. 

custom options will be noted in the description of the product with instructions on how to purchase. use the contact section above if you have specific questions. timing is based on the specific product. please allow up to 2-4 weeks (or more) for custom orders. note, all custom orders are non-refundable.

made to order products are taken on an on rolling basis. Allow up 2-4 weeks for dispatch (depending on the product category). contact me with specific questions on timing. for more information check out the FAQs page.
