Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final. if you are not satisfied with an order MARVES is happy to work with you to come to a solution.  Any returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be mailed back within 10 days of receiving the item. 

Digital items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any cancelations on a Made To Order item will not be granted after 24 hours of purchase. A 5% or $4 (whichever is higher of the total cost) restocking fee will be charged to cover credit card and hosting costs.
